Private & Semiprivate Sessions
Just you and me on your own schedule at your own pace
Sessions are result driven with a strong focus on alignment and form with your current level of fitness, wellbeing and goals in mind. Your first session with me is a 50-minute long workout that includes a physical, movement and postural assessment along with goal setting. From there, I’ll design an individualized program that is specific to you, your goals and life style. Whatever motivates you, I will help you find it and stay consistent so that you are progressing toward your goals, whatever they may be, one session at a time at the right pace for you and your body. As your needs change, the program adapts so that your technique continues to improve but your progress never plateaus.
