As a Prenatal & Postnatal specialist and as a new mom:

I understand the monumental changes the female body undergoes during and post pregnancy. Through my knowledge and experience, I’ve developed a method that combines deep core training, pelvic floor rehabilitation and functional fitness training that will keep you moving during pregnancy and help you get back to feeling like yourself post baby.

 

My Pre & Postnatal training method will keep you motivated, emotionally supported and moving safely through the different stages of pregnancy all the way to delivery and motherhood.

Prenatal Pilates

We take an adaptive approach to prenatal fitness with exercises that are safe yet challenging and effective for each stage of gestation so that you don't skip a beat, helping you stay strong, toned, capable and more in control of your body.

Staying active through an adequate workout program will help you minimize the discomforts and pains that are common during pregnancy, prepare your body for the physical endeavor that is delivery and early parenthood + set the stage for a quicker recovery.

 

Postnatal Pilates

We add a rehabilitative touch to postnatal fitness so you can feel, tone and strengthen your abs, regain confidence in your pelvic floor, rid your body of limiting aches and pains, get all around stronger, and feel like yourself again.

Staying active through an adequate workout program that is gentle yet effective will also help you minimize the discomforts and pains that come along with all the bending, lifting and carrying that you’ll be doing once baby arrives as well as help you keep up with your growing little one (s).
