Ever since I became aware of my body's response to my intensions and mindful efforts, my body and in fact life around me changed. Every deeper breath equaled a stronger connection, every effort of concentration meant a step forward in the right direction,  every time I endured the pain, it eventually became pleasure – the bliss of bringing mind over matter, of being in control and knowing every time that anything is possible.

I opened this space to share my thoughts, experiences, inspirations and motivations toward fitness and wellness, hopefully motivating you and many others to live in their best possible shape – in mind and body.

As a Pilates instructor, my mission is to share my experience and knowledge of the body and movement to help others achieve strength, a sense of being connected and a renewed relationship with their bodies for a healthy mind housed in a healthy body. I have been dedicating my body and mind to Pilates since 2003, and it has carried me through quite a few journeys (you can read about them here). Every and each one took me deeper and brought me closer to this desire to move even better than ever before and to inspire and empower others to get the most out of their bodies.
