Created Specifically for the Postnatal Challenges
Applying my knowledge and experience as a pre/postnatal certified Pilates instructor, I created a targeted and specific rehabilitative approach to postnatal recovery in order to repair the abdominals, pelvic floor, reduce pain and improve overall fitness. The method has been life changing to those who have been working with me as well as to myself. This small group, weekly class is specifically designed for the postpartum challenges and addresses the whole body.
